Description

Easy fitting, pole mounting brackets for solar panels. Usually for fitting to metal poles up to 80mm diameter. Ideal for telecommunications, remote locations, road signage and may more applications. Large fixing bands are available for attachment onto thicker wooden utility poles.

Advantages of solar powered pole mounted equipment are significant cabling cost reductions by not needing grid electricity supply to the location, especially for roadside and remote locations.

Both pole mounting brackets come as standard with metal pole fixings up to 80mm diameter. We have an option to supply the large pole mounting bracket with pole mounting clamps up to 300mm diameter. We can supply larger diameter fixings than this if required, up to 750mm by special request.

Multiple holes are provided to accept many different panel sizes.

Max solar panel height on the bracket is 1400mm. One or two solar panels can be fitted in landscape orientation if required. Solar panel support width is adjustable on the horizontal bars as part of the kit. Minimum panel width is 560mm, maximum panel width can be up to 2000mm

Larger mount is available with metal bands for wooden pole mounting

Examples of our solar panels which could be fitted onto this bracket, include:-

TWO panels, each 100w Monocrystalline or polycrystalline panel

TWO panels, each 150w Monocrystalline or polycrystalline panel.

ONE Large 250w, 275w or 300w solar panel

Care needs to be taken in exposed locations with this option as the mounting needs to be securely attached to the pole using at least 4X Metal U-Bolts or 4X metal bands if securing onto a wooden utility pole.
